Discovering Our Immortal Nature | How-to-Live Talk With Meditation

We often take on a limited sense of our possibilities for growth based on a misunderstanding of who we really are. In this video, Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Jayananda shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how we can become more aware of our divine immortal nature and transform our lives. As we progress along the spiritual path we gain a greater understanding and confidence — as we go within and begin to manifest our true nature as an utterly unique soul. Through the practice of meditation and adopting a balanced spiritual approach to life, we gradually find that every situation we face can help to strengthen us — and bring out our limitless divine potential.

This talk, which includes a period of meditation, was recorded at the SRF Hollywood Temple in October 2023.
