Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Vishwananda shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how to become supremely victorious in life by applying the principles and techniques of yoga.

We are made in the image of the Divine, and the purpose of life is to discover within ourselves that true divine nature. Through the practice of meditation, and keeping our minds ever on the Divine, we can become more peaceful, more understanding, more loving — and change and uplift the world — no matter the circumstances we may be facing.

This talk was recorded at the 2007 SRF World Convocation in Los Angeles; Brother Vishwananda became vice president of Self-Realization Fellowship in 2021.
