If You've Ever been to an Indian restaurant you have most definetly seen PANEER all over that menu!! Paneer can be made in so many different ways, i'd say this alternative is closer to soft paneer you could find in shahi paneer the softer kind..when put in the oven it is definitely a solid contender in the paneer game!!! Being a Vegan i always wanted to find a substitute and to be honest im pretty fed up of tofu, so when my mum and i created this it was life changing 😂
