This was from around the day Aurora came out. I've slowed down on videos for numerous reasons so I have to catch up a bit.
Still, my feeling after building Rod of Ages practically on a whim made Thresh Mid feel really good to play compared to my previous attempts a month or two before this, and despite my Arena rehab, it felt like it would be ACTUALLY good if I was good at the game!

What that means, is it's certainly only up from here!

Thresh Top Runes (Recommended for aggression, experienced play. Fleet Footwork can be used when newer or want a safer lane)

Press The Attack
Presence of Mind
Legend: Bloodline (AD, take Alacrity if you take BOTRK early, or if you play AP)
Coup De Grace or Last Stand

Second Wind vs poke / Bone Plating against early game burst and fighters
Overgrowth if need a huge tank / Revitalize against poke / Unyielding tenacity for overwhelming CC or you need Plated Steelcaps instead of Mercs (though merc treads is usually enough)
