Creamy Poached SCALLOPS | Bart's Fish Tales

Guys! The most wonderful time of the year is here.. It's almost Christmas! And, I think seafood should not be forgotten during your Christmas dinner.. So, to inspire you, I'm making delicious poached scallops in a creamy French liaison sauce. This is a dish for a special occasion, so it has quite a few steps, but if you follow them carefully, I assure you that you can cook up this mouthwatering dish!
