糯米500克
干香菇十几朵
胡萝卜1根
五花肉200克
生抽两汤匙
蚝油3汤匙
老抽两汤匙左右
糖两茶匙
香菇水小半碗
glutinous rice 500g
10 mushrooms
a carrot
pork belly 200g
2tbsp of soy sauce
3 tbsp of oyster sauce
2 tbsp of dark soy sauce
sugar 10g
a pinch of salt
a small bowl of water that is soaking mushrooms
