Bleu Cheese Sauce - Super Easy Steak Sauce

Bleu Cheese Sauce!? Oooh Dang! In this video we will show you a super simple rich and creamy Bleu Cheese Sauce for your grilled steaks. Its definitely rich and decadent, so skip it if your on a diet... or don't skip it because its wicked!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sliced leeks
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
salt and pepper
olive oil
