If you enjoy sea food, then this fish curry is the ones for you! You only need the tail end of a Monkfish, meaty yet tender and full of flavour.

I usually serve this with plain streamed rice and prefer the masala thick but can be water down if you like.

Ingredients:
2 Monkfish Tails (14-16 small pieces, once filleted)
1.5 Bulb Garlic
2/3 Tinned Tomatoes (300g fresh tomatoes)
40g Ginger
5 Finger Chillies
Small Handful of Curry Leaves
30g Fresh Coriander
1.5tsp Ajwain
1.5tsp Salt (or to taste)
1.5tsp Turmeric
1.5tsp garam Masala
2tsp Coriander Powder
1.5tsp Chilli Powder

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time:20 Minutes
