Even in this modern era, we don’t have much technology to cure a few medical problems like cerebral palsy. However, management of the cerebral palsy condition is possible with a better cerebral palsy treatment at Trishla Foundation.

With proper guidelines, we can give these individuals a good quality of life. Children with cerebral palsy can have problems in ambulation, speech, hearing, vision, epilepsy & recurrent illness, etc. In the world, more than 15 million people are affected by this disability. Despite being one of the major medico-social issues, even today people don’t know much about this problem and its remedies. We have tried to touch on most of the important issues in this documentary.

This documentary is meant to spread awareness in society, boost the morale and knowledge of parents, and create a positive atmosphere for children and adults with cerebral palsy.

Dr Jitendra Kumar Jain, MS Ortho (PGI Chandigarh) & DNB Ortho is a Senior Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon & Chairman of Trishla Foundation, India.
With a rich experience of 20 years in managing children with orthopedic problems, cerebral palsy & congenital limb deficiency, Dr. Jitendra Kumar Jain has successfully treated more than 1 Lac child with Cerebral Palsy & orthopedic problems across the globe. He is also a respected member of various Government & non-government organizations, and his expertise is sought by cerebral palsy children from every state of India & 20 countries.

Dr. Varidmala Jain, MBBS & MD (Community Medicine), PhD (Public Health), is the Secretary of the Trishla Foundation. She has 15 years of experience counseling and guiding parents of children with Cerebral Palsy and has 23 research publications in state and national journals. She has also been the ex-program coordinator of the MPH program at the Faculty of Health Sciences, SHIATS, for 13 years.
