Chef Tom makes smash burgers from Creekstone Brisket Burger Pucks on the Yoder Smokers YS640s pellet grill and then uses Krispy Kreme donuts for the buns. Prepared on the Yoder Smokers Cast Iron Griddle, and then coated with Kozlik's Amazing Maple mustard and Dilly pickles from Kansas City Canning Co.
