How To Make Dashi Soup Stock (Kelp & Bonito Flakes) | Updated | Essential Broth For Japanese Cooking

In this recipe video, I will show you how to make Dashi soup stock, an essential broth in Japanese cooking. As in the previous video, this time the Dashi is made from kombu and bonito flakes, but with a little extra effort to extract a strong flavor.
