The 2021 Forsberg Racing Nissan "Altimaniac" is a 2019 Nissan Altima, modified by the American Formula Drift team Forsberg Racing.

As the world’s first CAD-designed and tube chassis drift car, this Altima began its life on a computer. Specifically set up to push the frame and suspension points up as high as possible, the Tekk Consulting chassis also was modified to place the stroked VR38DETT down and back behind the front axle for optimum driftability.

Dubbed the “Altimaniac”, the insane sedan was built primarily for the (unusual) purpose of having fun with friends. The four-door car’s interior was even fitted with four individual Recaro carbon seats and classic JDM Takata harnesses, truly making it party central on wheels. With 1,300 HP (and another 700 HP on tap) from the engine for a combined 2,000 HP, a sequential gearbox, low ride height, a huge rear wing, the harness-equipped racing seats, DTM-inspired looks, and custom Rotiform wheels, the Altimaniac sets its sight on being the world's most powerful drift car, without losing the drift car allure.

Yet despite all that, it's still very recognizable as an Altima. Undoubtedly one of its many charms.

The sixth-generation Altima debuted at the 2018 New York International Auto Show in March for the North American market, and in December 2018 for the Chinese market. Its design was previously previewed by the Nissan Vmotion 2.0 Concept. It normally comes with:
- 188 hp 2.5 L naturally aspirated direct-injected 4-cylinder engine
- 182 hp with available all-wheel drive
- 248 hp 2.0 L variable compression turbocharged 4-cylinder engine (available for SR and Platinum models) that replaces the V6 powertrain in the previous generation. It is the world's first production-ready variable compression turbo engine.

The Forsberg Racing Nissan Altimaniac is available as part of the Year 1 Pass May vehicle drop, alongside the Forsberg Racing Nissan Z in the Crew game.

‘Dave (David K. M.) would probably approve the 2,000 horses Nissan Altima’. A quick Shout out to Dave and HBD!
