This 20 minute resistance training workout incorporated compound exercises for a serious muscle building strength session! This workout may look innocent, but the burn is REAL!!

This workout is perfect if you need a short, but effective full body strength workout! We work it all in 20 minutes! We've got strength builders for your core, upper body, and lower body. This is a great at-home workout because you need minimal space and moderately heavy dumbells. Our goal in this workout is to build strong muscles and also get that full body definition! Get ready to get strong and feel awesome!

20 MINUTE FULL BODY RESISTANCE TRAINING WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 45lbs / 4.5 - 20kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift heavy! Pick a weight that will challenge you for the entire 50 seconds of work, but is very challenging for the last 10-15 seconds.
- EXERCISE MAT

STRUCTURE
3 ROUNDS
3 EXERCISES PER ROUND
REPEAT EACH EXERCISE 2 TIMES THROUGH
WORK: 40 SECONDS REST: 20 SECONDS
REST BETWEEN ROUNDS: 30 SECONDS

- SQUAT WITH ALTERNATING DIAGONEL PRESS
- SUMO SQUAT WITH 3 PULSE
- ALTERNATING LATERAL LUNGE WITH FRONT RAISE **LATERAL LEG LIFT WITH FRONT RAISE
ROUND 2
- SUMO SQUAT TO CLEAN
- OVERHEAD SQUAT **SQUAT WITH DUMBELLS AT SHOULDERS TO PRESS
- SUMO ROMANIAN DEADLIFT TO CLOSE GRIP ROW
ROUND 3
- GLUTE BRIDGE WITH ALTERNATING CHEST PRESS
- DOUBLE BICYCLE CRUNCH ** FEET DOWN DOUBLE CROSS BODY CRUNCH
- BUTTERFLY SIT UP **SIT UP
