We had the opportunity to educate youths beyond the drum and giving them phrasing tips on how they can express themselves on the djembe and relate it to their experiences to push the djembe forward! Not just through the arts but through education, wellness programs, and more. Wontanara Inc. is made up of experienced professional teachers, instrument manufacturers and repairers that offer quality products and educational services, and highly experienced Master Teachers from Guinea, West Africa and other countries who bring excitement, joy, wisdom and deep structured knowledge of Africa’s rich cultures to the dance floor and other arts experiences we offer!
