Serving - 4

Ingredients:
For Litti -
Dough:
Wheat flour (गेहूंकाआटा)- 3 cup 
Ghee (घी)- 1 tbsp
Salt (नमक)- 1/2 tsp
Water (पानी)- As per requirement.

Sattu Stuffing preparation:
Sattu (roasted gram flour)(सत्तू)- 1 cup
Onion (प्याज)- 1 
Green chilli (हरीमिर्च)- 3
Garlic (लहसुन)- 1 tbsp
Ginger (अदरक)- 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves (कटे हुए धनिया के पत्ते)- 2 tbsp
Carom seeds (अजवाइन)- 1 tsp
Nigella seeds / kalongi (कलोंजी) - 1 tsp
Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल)- 2 tbsp
Any pickle masala (किसी भी अचार का मसाला) - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) -Juice of one lemon.
Salt to taste

Baingan Aloo Tamatar Chokha :
Brinjal (बैंगन) - 1
Tomato (टमाटर) - 2
Boiled potato (उबले हुए आलू) -3 medium size 
Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 4
Garlic (लहसुन) - 7cloves
Chopped onion (कटे हुए प्याज) - 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves (कटे हुए धनिया के पत्ते)
Salt to taste (स्वादानुसार)
Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल)- 1 tbsp
