Destin Executive Airport (KDTS) VFR Landing and Takeoff w/ ATC Audio of Eglin Approach and Tower

Destin is a popular Destination for all ages and the local airport stays busy with a mix of business, personal, and tourism traffic of all sizes. It's also very close to Eglin Air Force Base and Hurlburt Field and lies within a special airspace region. Took some friends for an evening run down the beach from Pensacola.

This video shows a typical VFR approach from the west along the beach corridor starting just west of Hurlburt field while on Eglin Approach control. We switch to cockpit view for landing. Landing on runway 14.
