Back in 2007, while the Smackdown vs Raw series was going strong, while we were just happy with what we were getting every year, THQ and Yukes decided to do something that looking back, was AWESOME. Just 3 months after the release of Smackdown vs Raw 2009, we got another full feature WWE game release. In March of 2009, THQ and Yukes dropped WWE Legends of WrestleMania. A game that was all about celebrating the past, for the first time the WWE games were truly celebrating nostalgia. A whole game dedicated to the legends of WrestleMania, not a mode, not just SOME wrestlers in a game.. but the whole game. It is a game that as time went on, is often forgotten, so I thought why not now in 2023, go back in time and take a look back at this game, a game that honestly changed the wrestling game landscape, we just did not notice.
