Baja Bug Build (Ep. 4) ~ Pan Prep!

In today's video I prep the pan (or chassis) for the BajaBug build. That includes removing the factory seat bases, cutting off the factory rear shock and bump-stop mounts, stich-welding the floors in key areas, sealing the new floors to the old pan with 3M seam sealer (top and bottom), and covering the whole thing with Rustoleum Self-Etching primer, Rapter Acid-Etch primer and LOTS of rattle-can undercoating.

With this prep work, I know the pan is set for the cage and suspension work.
