I need to use my electronic refrigerant leak detectors on a job tomorrow. Last time the HVAC leak Testers were used was last summer. I am going to be doing a refrigerant leak search on an ac system. This air conditioning system I found not cooling correctly during maintenance. When I checked the pressures I had to add 6lbs of 410a. So I am making sure I am prepared before going back and looking to see if I can locate this Freon leak. I am testing the Inficon D-TEK Select Refrigerant Leak Detector and the Inficon Tek-Mate refrigerant leak detector.
