Yin yoga is infamous for its use of props. Anytime there is space between you and the floor, it’s ideal to use a prop. Knowing that a lot of you may be brand new to this style of yoga, traveling or away from home, I designed this yin routine as a class you can do without any props at all. While a blanket is nice if you have one it is in no way required. I like to do this kind of sequence when I need a calming sequence amidst a stressful day. It’s perfect for falling asleep at night as well as waking up peacefully in the morning!
