Today, I wanted to give you a little bit more context about our Tune Out, SAT NAM -- long SAT, short NAM. It’s often translated “truth is my identity” but a translation I love so much more is “I am vibrating my existence” “I am resonating with my higher self.” Think of that as we end class together today.
