I am so glad your here!
Today, I am very excited to share with you this protein packed, gluten free, paleo approved, vegan friendly, oil free, flour free, PlantBase 6 seeded crackers. I forgot to mention is super delicious, healthy, crunchy and little to no carb.

This multi seed, flour free crackers makes a perfect snack anytime of the day.

It's perfect for entertaining as well as for the whole family.

Here are the ingredients:
Feel free to omitt whatever seeds you want to-

1/2 cup of flax seed
1/2 cup of pumpkin seed
1/2 cup of sunflower seed
1/3 cup of white sesame seed
1/3 cup of black sesame seed
1/4 cup of hemp seed
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
1/4 tsp of pink Himalayan pink salt
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 cup water

1. Combine all ingredients unto a mixing bowl.
2. Add 1 cup water
3. Combine and cover to rest for atleast 30 minutes
4. Spread the mixture on a lined baking pan
5. Flatten the seeds with a spatula as much as you can.
6. Bake at a preheated 300 degrees F for 30 mins
Half way, remove and slice into cracker shape then bake for 15 more mins.
