Trail Running SA - 23KM Mt Crawford 2023

In this video I enjoy Trail Running SA’s 23km Mount Crawford Long Course in August 2023. With some solid hills, beautiful views and a fun last section on a boardwalk, this is always one of my favourite trail runs of the year.

I was 3 weeks post injury (torn tendon in ankle), so I wasn’t sure how the day would unfold, tune in to the end to see how I finished up.

Also I am very proud that my wife Rebecca, finished the 11km course in her first foray into the world of Trail Running.
