CARBON (FIBRE) Fuel/Gas Flap Mould Making Using Aluminium Metal Powder to reach higher temperatures! PREPREG

Here iv taken a standard polyester gel coat capable of being post cured at 90 degrees Celsius before warping. By adding Aluminium powder to the mix it can now withstand up 135 Degrees!

Benefits are huge compared to laying up an epoxy mould, main points are the time saved and all round easier to make.
