In this video I compare the new RitFit Leg Extension / Curl Machine, the Powertec Leg Extension / Leg Curl Attachment, and the Titan Fitness Seated Leg Curl / Leg Extension Machine. Initially, I was going to do a stand-alone review for the RitFit Leg Extension / Leg Curl Machine, but over the past couple months, the machine has been reviewed quite a few times. As a result, I think it will be more valuable to compare the machine to other popular options on the market.

Over the course of the video, I cover each machine’s strengths and weaknesses and ultimately share which option is my top choice of the three.
