The MITSUI Golden Takumi Award was established
with the wish to applaud the efforts of artisans
who endeavor to sustain and develop Japan’s
traditional crafts with an eye to the future while
preserving age-old traditions.
Through this award, we will continue to support
challenges to hand down Japan’s traditions to
the next generation.

日本の伝統を継承しながら未来につながるものづくりに
真摯に取り組み、さらに発展させている伝統工芸の
担い手の活動を応援したいという想いから創設された
「三井ゴールデン匠賞」。
私たちはこの賞を通して、日本の伝統を次世代につなぐ
取り組みを応援していきます。
今回は、第2回の受賞者を中心に紹介します。
