VW T25 Vanagon Speedo Odometer Fix Early Late Van - Remove Speedometer Mileometer Clocks Cluster

This is how I removed and fixed the VW T25 Vanagon Speedometer Odometer from an Early Aircooled Van and Late Watercooled Van - Sometimes known as Mileometer. Also would be of use if removing the Tachometer and panel cluster.
