I hope you are ready for this New 45 Min Full Body Power Workout. We are going to use one heavier Dumbbell and focus on lots of unilateral work. Which is great to work on our disbalances, we all have them.
This Workout combines Strength and Conditioning and targets the muscles of our entire body..

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼
