WHILL Model Ci: Assembling

[The WHILL Model Ci is discontinued, However, we do have the WHILL Model C2, F & Ri. The Model C2 is the new and improved Model Ci.]

Hi, I’m here to demonstrate how quick and simple it is to assemble the WHILL Model Ci.

The Model Ci comes with 3 easy to assemble components, along with an included storage basket and a Lithium Ion Battery.

To assemble your Model Ci, start by pulling the base release lever back and position the rear drive base upright.

Connect the rear drive base to the front drive base by grasping onto handle A and aligning handle B with the hooks on the front bottom of the rear drive base.

Slowly tilt the rear drive base forward to join it with the front drive base. You will hear a click once the two components are securely locked together.

Next, align the storage basket with the notches located on the rear drive base, then secure it down with the velcro on the bottom.
Lastly, attach the seat assembly.

To do this, remove the cushion from the seat pan and lift up the seat assembly by the armrests.

Use the view hole to align the seat assembly onto the seat post. Once positioned on the post, pull down on the seat release lever to lock the seat onto the post. Place the cushion back on the seat pan then attach the storage basket hooks on the accessory post to secure it.

To install the lithium ion battery, grasp the battery by its handle and align it with the bottom of the battery compartment. Press on the top to fully insert it. The tail lamp will flash on and off once properly inserted.

The included key can be used to lock the battery in the compartment.
