With Halloween right around the corner, I wanted to listen to some tunes that would put me in the Spooky Season spirit. But I also wanted something danceable and fun. Kim Petras' 2019 album, TURN OFF THE LIGHT, ended up being the perfect blend of those moods, along with some surprisingly earnest and uplifting moments as well.
