Happy week 2 of National Yoga Awareness Month Roller Skaters! This week’s Yoga for Skaters practice will mobilize your spine and hips off-skates for long smooth slides on-skates. Mobility training as part of your off-skates routine, is an opportunity to increase range of motion as well as our strength in range of motion. This mobility practice can be used as a warm up before your workout or your skate session. Revisit this practice to maintain healthy movement mechanics on land and when you roll!

Body Focus: Hips & Core
Length: 10 minutes
Difficulty: Moderate
Intensity: Medium
Props: no props are needed but if you like to use blocks, by all means keep them close by!
