Stihl ms461 vs. 462c-m Bench Talk

We are getting close to the day we celebrate the founding of our country. Let us be thankful for the freedom that is afforded to us by those who had the kahunas in the late 1700s to stand up and say we want a better way of life, those that have served since then, and those that are currently serving this country. I kind of blew through the process trying to get it all out. Covered the bulk of it so I am thinking it was not to bad overall.
The 462 is replacing both the 441 and 461. It is way lightweight compared to both of them. It has a more compact feel similar to an 044. The "flickability", or of speed of handling, is more like an 044 as well. Part of that is from the lack of mass.
I have been able to log some time with the 462 felling with a 32 and 33 inch bar. It does okay with the 32 but struggles slightly with a 33.
The engine design is very over square. It is more of a quick revving machine than a torquer. What I see for this saw is a 28 inch bar. 8 tooth rim and trees will be dying quickly. If using a 28, and choosing between the current batch of 60cc saws or the 462, there won't be much of a choice if a guy wants production.
