In the previous video session, we explained how to start the Kiln operation, but the quality and capacity have not yet reached optimal.
The current kiln operating conditions, the temperature at the top of the preheater is 328 degrees Celsius, the kiln feed is 360 tons per hour, free lime is still 3.4%, decarbonization is above 91%, and heat consumption is still high.
We have to improve the Kiln operation until it reaches optimal operation.

This video is for learning about the cement production process, especially about the clinker production process in the kiln system.
We made this video using the Simulex simulator program made by KHD.
This Simulex Simulator makes it very easy to train Prospective CCR Operators, before they Operate a real Cement Plant.
