This is a large portion of the chair exercises that I do to combat my leg spasticity, weakness, and muscle pains.

Exercises included:

1. Seated Ankle Slides with upper body rotation - 10 reps x2 on each leg
2. Seated Pilates Wheel Presses - 15 reps x2 (you could try using a ball or pillow if you don't have access to a wheel)
3. Seated Pelvic Tilts 15 reps x2
4. Seated Side Twists with weighted ball - 15 reps x2
5. Seated March with weighted ball - 15 reps x2
6. Seated Hip Rotation with weighted ball - 10 reps x2 on each side
7. Sit to Stand with weighted ball - 20 reps without stopping
8. I Don't Knows - 15 reps x 2 (arm and core strengthening combined with back stretch)
