✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐨𝐬𝐚:
Sorghum Flour(ज्वार का आटा) - 1/2 Cup
Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
Salt(नमक) - To taste
Chilli Flakes(चिली फ्लेक्स) - Some
Onion(प्याज) - 1
Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
Ginger & Green Chilli(अदरक और हरी मिर्च) - 1 Tbsp
Water(पानी) - As required

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐲:
Oil(तेल) - 1-2 Spoon
White Urad Dal(सफेद उड़द की दाल) - 1 Tbsp
Chickpea Lentil(चने की दाल) - 1 Tbsp
Garlic(लहसुन)
Ginger & Green Chilli(अदरक और हरी मिर्च) - 1 Tbsp
Onion(प्याज) - 1/2
Tomato(टमाटर)
Water(पानी)
Salt(नमक)
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
Crushed Red Chilli Powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1/2 Tsp
Tamarind Pulp(इमली का पल्प) - 1 Tbsp

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐝𝐤𝐚,
Oil(तेल) - 1-2 Spoon
Curry Leaves(कढ़ी पत्ता)
Mustard Seeds(राई)
Asafoetida/Hing Powder(हींग पाउडर)
Dry Red Chilli(सूखी लाल मिर्च)

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐡𝐨𝐤𝐥𝐚,
Sorghum Flour(ज्वार का आटा) - 1/2 Cup
Semolina(सूजी) - 2 Tbsp
Gram Flour(बेसन) - 4 Tbsp
Curd(दही) - 2 Tbsp
Ginger & Green Chilli(अदरक और हरी मिर्च) - 1 Tbsp
Salt(नमक)
Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर)
Water(पानी)

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐝𝐤𝐚,
Oil(तेल) - 1-2 Spoon
Mustard Seeds(राई)
Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
Asafoetida/Hing Powder(हींग पाउडर)
Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च)
Curry Leaves(कढ़ी पत्ता)

✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐲, keep the pan on the flame, put Oil, White Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Garlic, grated Ginger-Green Chilli, and Onion & saute them all well. Then put chopped Tomato & Water. Boil it for a while & then turn the flame off. Keep the mixture cooling down & put it into a mixer jar. Then add some Salt, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Crushed Red Chilli & some Tamarind Pulp. Grind well & take out the Chutney into a bowl.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐝𝐤𝐚, take a pan, put Oil, Asafoetida, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, and Dry Red Chili & saute all well. Give tadka to the chutney & Chutney is ready to serve.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐨𝐬𝐚, take a bowl & put some Sorghum Flour/Jowar Atta, Cumin Seeds, Salt to taste, Chilli Flakes, Coriander Leaves, crushed Ginger-Green Chilli & Water. Mix all well, cover & keep it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, you can adjust the consistency by adding water. Then keep the nonstick tawa/pan for heating. When the pan is super hot, pour the batter on the pan. Then spread Oil and allow to roast for 3 minutes or until the dosa turns crisp. finally, enjoy the crispy Jowar Dosa with tasty Chutney.
Prepare a steamer in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add water and a stand. Also, Grease a mould or thali well with oil.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐡𝐨𝐤𝐥𝐚, firstly, in a large bowl take Sorghum Flour/Jowar Atta, Semolina, Gram Flour, Curd, grated Ginger & Green Chilli, Salt to taste, Turmeric Powder & Water. Mix well and rest the batter for 10 minutes by covering it. Then add some Water, Eno Sachet & chopped Coriander Leaves. Pour the batter into the greased bowl. Sprinkle some Crushed Red Chilli Powder & steam the dhokla for 10 to 12 minutes on medium flame. After steaming keep it aside till it cools down completely.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐝𝐤𝐚, keep the tadka pan on the flame and put Oil, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, long chopped Green Chilli & Curry Leaves. Saute all well & give the tadka on the dhokla. Serve it along with Chutney.
