OIC doxxes Kevin and Phil doesn't care

AKA "DSP, OIC, and Kevin, oh my!" or "JUST BAN OIC ALREADY, PHIL!", perennial drama font and original source of much of Scopely's income OIC threatened channel subscriber and fellow Cetacean Kevin Burnstein during a Halo stream that was so exciting and gripping that DSP didn't see it happen at all (except for the part where he did). The next day, Phil had to address this incident, and he did so in the mature and well-reasoned manner that we've come to expect from the man who still hasn't forgiven his parents for not getting him an X-Men toy like twenty-five years ago.
