Hi my loves and welcome to todays third trimester prenatal yoga flow to help prepare the body for labor and delivery. This is suitable for those in the third trimester, especially if you are nearing the end of your pregnancy and want to help your body in preparing for labor. This is a gentle 15 minute pregnancy yoga flow that will help you to relax and open through the hips as well as build strength in the lower body which is crucial for when it comes to labor and delivery.
