How to complete a quest: Swift Action. Speak to Fiasco Sizzlegrin just outside of the building to join the assault, then use your improvised explosives to kill 100 Azsh'ir Soldiers, 20 Azsh'ir Wave Screamers, and 12 Azsh'ir Archaens. You have to speak to Fiasco Sizzlegrin FIRST. He is the goblin right outside the door of the building you just got the quest from. You will see him as soon as you leave the building. You have to talk to him first and he puts you on an auto-pilot seahorse that rides you around while you bombs the npcs. Just like all those old quests where they flew you around and you bombed certain npcs. When you have killed all of them it will automatically take you to the place where you turn the quest in.
