Restaurant Style Lasooni Dal Khichdi |Easy to make Dinner Recipe | Chetna Patel Recipes

Lasooni Dal Khichdi

Ingredients :

1 Cup = 250 ml

Dal :
Take a Pressure Cooker add
3 Cup - Water
boil Water and add
1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp - Salt
1/2 tbsp - Ghee
mix it and add
3/4 Cup - Toor Dal ( Soaked 1/2 Hour )
1/4 Cup - Chana dal ( Soaked 2 Hours)
1/8 Cup - Masoor Dal ( Soaked 1/2 Hour)
Mix it and make 3 Vessels

Take a Pan amd add
1/4 Cup - Oil
1/2 tbsp - Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp - Garlic Chopped
2 tbsp - Green Chilli Chopped
2 no - Onion Chopped
Saute Very Well in high Flame
2 no - Tomato Chopped (Small)
Salt to taste
Saute till Soft
1 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tsp - Cumin Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
1/2 tsp - Kastoori Methi roasted Corase
Powder
Saute Very Well and add
2 tbsp - Water
Mix Well and add Boiled Dal
and mix very well
Boil Every thing Properly dont add any Water add
1 Bowl - Cooked Basmati Rice ( 80%)
or 2 Cup - Boiled Basmati Rice
mix very well and cook for some time
2 Cup - Water
mix very well and boil Proeprly
3 tbsp - Corainder Chopprd
1 tsp - Fried Garlic Chopped
mix very well and keep it in slow flame

Take 1 Coat keep it in fire for Smoky Flavour

keep one bowl in between the Khichdi and keep coal and add little ghee
and Close the lid of pan keep it for 5 min for smoky flavour mix it and serve

Garnish with Fried Garlic Chopped
and Corainder Leaves Chopped
1 tbsp - Ghee
Serve with Lachha Onion , Curd and Papad
