Cheese Angoori

Ingredients:

Kofta:
Take a big bowl and add.
1 Big Size - Grated Potato boiled.
1/2 Cup - Paneer Grated
1/2 Cup - Cheese Grated
1 no - Green Chilli Chopped
1/2 tsp - Kasturi Methi
1/2 tsp - Black Pepper Powder
2 tbsp - Coriander Chopped
Salt to taste
1 to 2 tbsp - Corn Flour
Mix all together and make small balls and Grease hand with oil and make a balls n Roll into Corn flour and Fry golden in medium to Slow flame and Keep aside.

Take a small bowl and add
3 tbsp - Cashew
3 tbsp - Watermelon Seeds
Soaked into Hot Water for 1 hour

Take a Pan and add
3 tbsp - Oil
1 no - Cinnamon
2 no - Cardamom
2 no - Laung ( Cloves )
7-8 no - Black Pepper
1 no - Bay Leaf
2 small - Star Anise
1/2 tsp - Cumin Seeds
Saute Little
2 no - Green Chillies
1 Small - Ginger
4-5 no - Garlic Clives
1 no big - Onion Slice
Cook and Saute Very Well
1 tbsp - Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp - Garam masala Powder
5 no big - Tomato Chopped
Salt to taste
Cook Properly and add
above Cashew n Water Melon Seeds Soaked
4-5 no - Resham Patta Whole Without Seeds
Mix everything and Close the lid and Cook for 10-15 min till Tomato Soften
2 Cup - Water
and Boil till Soft everything and Switch off the flame and Let Cool Completely and Grind like Paste and Strain it

Take a Pan and add
1 tbsp - Butter
1 tbsp - Oil
1/2 tbsp - Garlic Paste
1 no - Green Chilli Chopped
1 no - Onion Chopped
Saute till golden and add
1 tsp - Kasturi Methi
1 tbsp - Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
1 no - Tomato Chopped
Cook till Tomato Soften then add above Gravy
Mix Properly and Cook for 10 to 15 min then add
1 tsp - Kitchen king Masala
1 tbsp - Butter
2 tbsp - Coriander Leaves Chopped
Mix Properly and Check Salt also
1-2 tbsp - Grated Cheese
2 tbsp - Optional Amul Fresh Cream or Malai
1/2 tsp - Sugar
Mix Properly
Serving time add Kofta, Sprinkle Some Grated Cheese and Coriander Chopped, Mix Little and Serve, Garnish with Coriander Chopped and Grated Cheese
