1 Bouquet Garni made out of 2 laurel leaves, 8 parsley stems and 5 thyme strands.
6 medium size zucchinis/ courgettes (1.3kg/ 38oz)
Olive oil
1 Tbs sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
6 garlic cloves
25 strands of saffron
2 cloves
Fresh black pepper
4 medium size bell peppers of different colours (800g)
