While in Egypt, I purchased 50 sheets of authentic papyrus, but when the time came to actually get an image on them, I was kind of stumped because I'm not an artist.

After some trial and error, I finally figured out a system for painting with acrylic paint pens (extra-fine tip!) and a light board for tracing the original image onto the fresh papyrus.
