Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole Video 2

30 oz. package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 small chopped onion
1 stick of butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease or butter a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
n a large bowl, combine thawed hash browns, cream of soup, sour cream, spices, melted butter, onion, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese and mix well.
Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the other cup of cheddar cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
Let it set for 15 minutes before serving.
