This video will show you in easy steps how to prepare your own HOMEMADE BREAD/NAAN with black seeds and sesame seeds.

INGREDIENTS:

Bread:

Sugar - 2 TBSP
Salt - 1 TSP
Oil - 3 TBSP
Water (Lukewarm) - 2 Cup
Yeast - 2 TBSP
Bread Flour - 4 Cup
Sesame seed (optional)

Sauce :

2 TBSP Bread Flour
1 Cup water


PREPARATION
1. Start of by activating the dry yeast; add sugar and half of the water to the dry yeast, stir and let it sit for 10 minutes.
2. Once the 10 minutes have gone by add in the oil and salt and mix it in with the bread flour and add in the remaining water. Knead it for 10 minutes.
3. Let the dough sit for 1 hour. When the 1 hour has gone by create the Bread sauce.
4. Split the dough in half and start making them. As you are laying the dough out on the tray massage in the bread sauce and then add on your sesame seeds (optional)
5. Place it in the oven for 15 minutes on 200 Celsius.
6.Enjoy
