The WASTED POTENTIAL of Pokémon X and Y

Pokémon X and Y are genuinely some of my favorite games in the franchise. It introduced one of the coolest typings ever, brought the series to 3D (which admittedly went downhill real quick), and many other cool (and not so cool if we're talking about the EXP share) changes. However, even though I love the games (and perhaps BECAUSE I love them), it's painfully clear to me just how much better they could have been. Kalos is brimming with potential that was just left unexplored for a decade at this point - and yes, it has bothered me for just as long. So please join me as I share with you all my thoughts on the subject. Or don't. SEE IF I CARE... ):

PS: if you notice a random less than a second text saying I got max revives from Calem while he's talking at the victory road, ignore it. I SWEAR IT DOESN'T SHOW UP ON MY ADOBE PREMIERE TIMELINE AND I TRIED TO FIX IT IN 5 DIFFERENT RENDERS OF THE VIDEO AND IT JUST DOESN'T GO AWAY! The phantom Max Revives is what I'm calling them.
