This is a civilian MRE from Meal Kit Supply ( www.mealkitsupply.com ) that was packed in October 2015. It features the new breakfast entree Hash Browns with Bacon Peppers and Onions.
Other new things with these 2015 MKS MREs include some TFF (Trans Fat Free) items, BBQ and Hot Sauces and a change in the Flameless Ration Heaters. Instead of the old MKS FRHs that you wrapped around the pouches these menus feature standard MRE FRHs, which I think is a good move.
