One thing about me, I’m going to find a good time wherever I go! Actually good times find me because JOY is attracted to ME (so is $$$, it’s a Scorpio Thing 😉)!

I’m in Bermuda loving the beaches, loving my fabulous hotel Princess Bermuda & on Wednesday nights within walking distance of the hotel, there’s Harbor Nights it’s giving Block Party - you know I felt right at home!

Shout out to the phenomenal Gombey dancers, I love that these troupes are a reminder of the triumphant spirit of the formerly enslaved Bermudians! Their dances are part celebration & part rebellion!

Historically, the Gombeys were not viewed as a respectable art form by the island’s ruling class and were banned by the slave masters. Enslaved people were allowed to dance only once a year and did so in masks in order to protest, without fear of retribution, the injustices done them by their slave masters

Wherever I travel I want to take in culture (especially Black Culture) & of course dance, cavort & have a good time, Bermuda is checking every box!
