In this series of Journey of PMP. Next Journey is Journey of integration. Integration is combing each and everything. Integration is the real job of Project Manager. He is a person who is responsible to make sure everything is done properly.
Integration starts with approval of Project Charter then Project management plan. Once Project Management plan is approved. Execution is started. Deliverable are produced and they passed through the deliverable journey till they become the final product. Work performance data are produced which helps in formation of work paraphrase report. Issue log is generated which will be updated throughout the project. Lesson learned are created which will be updated throughout the project to produce a lesson for future projects. In monitoring and control Project manager combines and created and approved changed through Performa integration CHagned control and finally Project is closed.
