Pressure sores are no joke and can easily get out of hand if you aren't checking your skin and catching them early. I check my skin regularly with a mirror and even get my hubby to check for me from time to time if I'm concerned and need him to have a better look.

We all have buttholes. They're basically stinky lips lol. So lets normalize looking at them!
