Valorant: Fixes for the "System Reboot Required" Vanguard error/loop

Having issues with Valorant, where you're constantly asked to restart your PC? Well, so did I. Although I couldn't fix it, this video does detail some things that you can try. For most people, these fixes work, but for the unlucky few, including me it won't.
Check the comments for other people sharing fixes.

No hate towards Riot, or anyone associated with them. Every game has its issues, and I'm sure this will be patched out in the next few updates. This video will help quite a few people if a fix is basic, at least temporarily. Thank you Riot for responding to the community [Referring to Reddit thread in the video linked above]. Please don't go witch-hunting.
